  Home base. The shop sits on N Highland Ave, minutes from the Memorial Causeway and Clearwater Harbor, so most local owners simply tow the boat over and walk the damage with Thomas in person. Clearwater boats see hard year-round use and full sun, which is why transom, deck and paint work make up most of what comes through the door.
